I choose depression because many of us been through it. Depression plays a big role in many of our lives witch we don’t decide if it should or not. There are many proven facts that depression is a serious medical condition that, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, and poor concentration. Depression is a common mental disorder that presents with depressed mood, loss of interest or pleasure, decreased energy, feelings of guilt or low Moreover, depression often comes with symptoms of anxiety. Depression plays a big role in our life. You may sometimes think you’re just sad or moody but you’re really depressed. Depression effects people more than just one way. Depression can also lead to self-worth, also suicided. According to Rachchelle cassada lohman Depression affects an estimated 300 million people of all ages worldwide. It is a common and serious mood disorder that alters how individuals think, feel, and behave. Unlike being unhappy, depression is an intense feeling of deep sadness and despair that can last for days, weeks, or even months. The symptoms can include feelings of hopelessness, rejection, and poor concentration, lack of energy, sleep problems, and sometimes suicidal thoughts. Depression is not a choice; it is an illness. Depression became a worldwide. May never know what a person or another is going through and depression plays a key role in it. Many of us judge others because they go through depression thinking they have choice witch it’s really not.
No one chooses to be clinically depressed but sometimes we make the mistake of thinking people do. We know that we have the power to change our perspective and outlook. We can challenge and restructure our thoughts. We can make meaningful changes. But individuals with depression can’t think away their depression any more than someone with diabetes can lower their blood sugar with their mind. Both are illnesses that require intervention. There are ways to deal with depression. People usually like to see a therapist which helps sometimes. Friends and family members are usually pretty great. They are there for us when times are good, and they are there for us when times are bad. If you need to bend someone’s ear about the feelings or thoughts you’re having, a friend is often close at hand. Exercise helps prevent and improve a number of health problems, including high blood pressure, diabetes and arthritis. Research on depression, anxiety and exercise shows that the psychological and physical benefits of exercise can also help improve mood and reduce anxiety. Exercise and physical activity may give you the chance to meet or socialize with others. Just exchanging a friendly smile or greeting as you walk around your neighborhood can help your mood. There are many ways to deal with depression symptoms. When do you know if you’re depressed well you start to lose weight or gain weight. Many people stop eating they won’t eat for days or eat more than they should a day because they depressed. Another way of knowing you are depressed is feeling worthless or unworthy. Witch can lead to self-harm or worse. People who are going through depression have a very hard time sleeping. Dealing with sleep disturbances when you’re feeling depressed can seem like a vicious circle. The more depressed you feel, the harder it is to sleep. And the more exhausted you feel, the harder it is to fight depression. It can feel like there’s no way to break the cycle. And it’s frustrating to feel tired yet be unable to fall or stay asleep.

Depression can happen to anyone, at any age, and to people of any race or ethnic group. It is never a “normal” part of life. Anyone in this world can have depression it can be a loved one or friend. Depression can leads to many things that a person wouldn’t want to go through. Depression should be looked as an illness many lost their lives because of depression. Depressive disorder, frequently referred to simply as depression, is more than just feeling sad or going through a rough patch. It’s a serious mental health condition that requires understanding and medical care. Left untreated, depression can be devastating for those who have it and their families. These substances can temporarily subside any emotional pain and bring about a sense of happiness. However, these substances can become addictive. The more you consume, the more dependent your body will become on their effects. Over time, substance abuse can exacerbate symptoms of depression as well as lead to health problems like brain damage down the road. Depression can flip a person living very quickly. Depression can lead to very different many paths in a person life witch others wouldn’t be able to know. While we all feel sad, moody or low from time to time, some people experience these feelings intensely, for long periods of time weeks, months or even years and sometimes without any apparent reason. Depression is more than just a low mood it’s a serious condition that has an impact on both physical and mental health. Many have tried not to let depression lead them to a dark path. Some have did it but not others because they weren’t mentally ready for it. Depression is a real and scary mental illness that has ransacked our society. It has gotten more common and yet people still do not understand the severity of it. Awareness projects for depression have started to come about and now we have a hotline people who feel this way can call when they cannot handle the pressure of this mental illness. These projects have started to educate our society on this mental illness, but we need more. Depression debilitates a person and can run their life. It is a mental illness that can make a person act in certain ways they wouldn’t normally act if they were feeling fine. It affects people’s sleeping and eating schedules and many aspects of their daily life. Suicidal thoughts are also very common for a person with severe depression and these are dangerous life threatening thoughts. There is medication that people suffering from depression can take to help stabilize their mood so thoughts like these do not threaten their wellbeing. Going to therapy and talking about their feelings is also another great way to help fight against depression. Depression is a hard topic to talk about because society has made it seem like a weakness and taboo, but in reality when someone seeks help they are truly seen as a strong survivor. Depression is a disorder that can affect everything you do in your daily life. It is not something you can quickly recover from, like a cold or stomach bug. Many people with depression think they are just feeling sad, and that it will go away with time. For some people, it does just that. But for 15 million others, depression is a constant feeling that does not go away on its own. These people are the ones who may benefit from extra support and help.
Depression can also affect certain ways of your life, including how you how you sleep and eat, your education and career, your relationships, health, and concentration.
