Today technology is increasing very fast and the 21st century is assumed as digital millennia. People used advanced technology to finish the task smoothly and fast. This indicates multitasking plays a certain role in the tasks we made every day. I also make multitasking in my work and daily life. At my work, I prepare purchase orders of medicines, check daily in and out reports of medicines, and at the same time, I placed my phone near me for checking my emails and searching for the updated information associated with my work. I am now attending an MBA program for my future career so, at my home, I prepare assignments and study lectures for the program. Simultaneously I use my phone to communicate with friends and for relaxing. So I am a moderate multi-tasker doing different tasks simultaneously. Sometimes I feel more productive when doing multitasking but sometimes I feel boring. Multitasking causes our creativity high and improves time management skills. After reading the above case, I assumed that sometimes multitasking is good for motivation and imagination but sometimes it causes loss of attention power.
