The retail industry in Bangladesh has huge scope since only 2% of the entire population is so red from the retail industry. ACI‟s retail arm has carved an enviable name for itself in the market place. Through its meticulous and analytical top management and innovative marketing strategies, SHWAPNO has been able to achieve a dominant position in the market place. Even though the other retail chain, Agora and Mena Bazaar have had a long-established presence in the Bangladeshi market, neither has been able to achieve the broad reach and brand equity.

The problem with the existing waiting line of Shwapno is that they haven’t adopted with digital technology, better queue management for the customer, efficient way of managing logistics. The purpose of this report is to address these problems in accordance the contemporary research that has been conducted regarding the mention issues of Shwapno.
