Whereas anxiety is disorder which may be triggered or perpetuated by stress and stressful events, especially those involving a threat. The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety is waking up early. This helps to find peace and calms you down. Having so spare time the best thing for anxiety would be to start a daily Meditation, thinking a lot can cause a lot of anxiety and the best way would be to listen to some meditation music while your meditating it helps you increase concentration.

Another psychological effect of study management is that many people start to feel overwhelmed, sometimes the best advice would be to meditate. Simply take deep breaths, remind yourself of all the positives in your life, and relax. When doing these things, then the overwhelming feelings subside. You will be able to then gain a better perspective on why you are feeling overwhelmed and put a plan together to tackle all that you need to do.

When being unmotivated or unable to muster tons of energy, let it be ok. Be easy on yourself and acknowledge that it’s ok to have a dip, especially at hard times in life and best ways to overcome that problem is by making a schedule, this way you will have certain days to be looking forward to such as a day out with friends or family, then you will slowly start to overcome being unmotivated.

Being irritated can be the worst psychological effect as you would be annoyed by everything easier. Because we generally feel angry and irritated when things don’t go as we planned. The best way to stop being irritated and angry is to understand that everything does not go the way we plan. We can’t control everything. We need to learn to understand and adjust. This is the best way to keep irritation under control. But it doesn’t mean that we are compromise with everything. If you feel that something wrong is being done, stand up and raise your point, not your voice.

There is a difference in raising your point and raising your voice, is when you speak to someone in anger, the next person will also get riled up and then you are not far away from a fight. Not everyone has the same viewpoint, understand this and respect them. Because there are some people who have the most backward, useless, and pointless viewpoints. when hearing something that is irritating and annoying the best advice to overcome it is to ignore them. That is the best way to keep calm. Sometimes we don’t like the way we either get spoken to or shouted at, the best thing for the person that is getting irritated is to keep their mouth shut as it is more mature than arguing with immature people.
