  2. Peanuts – Peanut allergy is common and hence if you are allergic to peanuts then there are higher chances of you having an asthmatic attack. Peanut is the worst food for people suffering from asthma, hence read food labels carefully and avoid foods which contain peanuts.
  3. Chemical preservatives or food colorants – Food additives and dyes like sodium sulfite, potassium metabisulfite.MSG and carmine and many more can act as a trigger for asthma.
