Pat the chicken thighs –till they are dry – with paper cooking-towel and remove excess fat. Mix the onion powder, herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the cheese and allow it to melt through the sauce for a few minutes, occasionally stir it. Add the chicken back to the pan. Test it and season to your taste. Garnish with fresh vegetables. Serve straightaway. Optional addition: For an even more incredible flavour, with your mushrooms add in one-third cup dry white wine and cook it a bit before adding in the garlic.
