In the last part of the movie, Daisy and Tom were really are together. But one person knows all the secrets, it is Nick Carraway, Gatsby’s neighbour and friend.

A Feminism Approach is what I see in the film. according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, Feminism is 'the theory of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes. In the film The Great Gatsby, the mean there were described in terms of where they live and what they do. On the other hand, women is described based on the way they look, the way they dressed and also the relationship of to the men.

“ ‘I wouldn’t think of changing the light’, cried Mrs. McKee. ‘I think its-‘”.

In the analyzation of this quote, McKee always get interrupted by his husband while giving her opinion, showing that women are less important in giving their opinions in this time.

“… the dispute ended in a short struggle, and both wives were lifted, kicking, into the night”.

In this time, man controlled their wives, not only controlled but also man-handled them. So they were not only controlled by the words they speak but also controls their actions.

Over all, the movie was worth to watch. Especially to I, that is a fan of romantic drama movies. As we can see from The great gatsby movie review that movie showed and taught us that having a great wealth in life, you can never taste that satisfaction when you didn’t get what you really want, which is love.
