Growing up, my parent was always putting in my head that always does on top of others, and for me growing up I need to please my parents, and I feel like if I make a mistake, I'll disappoint them. I hope that growing up. I wish that my parents show me or told me that mistake or failure is part of life and learned from them and not made the same mistakes. For example, all I wanted to do is take a break from school; I didn’t want to go to college right away. I wanted to go to work and earn money at the time. My parents wanted me to go to college. Taking a break from school will be harder for me because ill forget everything I learn from school. Back then, I didn’t know what they meant by it, but now that I'm back to school, I wish I listen to my parent because academically I'm rambling. What I learned from my mistakes and received lessons we take from failure is I should have heard to my family has to say because all they want is what is best for us.
So, people learn from their mistakes, and some people don’t learn from them. I used to be hard on myself, and failure is not acceptable, and it takes time to accept it. Embracing failure is allowing ourselves to learn from it and bring the best out of people.
People should not be afraid of failure; instead, we should learn from it. Knowing our own mistakes allowed us to work on ourselves and the thing that we want to work on.
