Women couldn’t be a leader in this world. They were waek to be a leader, no one believe that women could be a leader. If there was a women leader people always blame them no matter how they were so great with their ability. People thaught that women should be under by man even we life nowadays. Hence, it was going better because some of leader was a women and they can prove to the world that they could be like a man leader.

For the example, we could see mayor of Surabaya Mrs. Tris Maharani. She could make people keep quiet because as women leader she could make Surabaya better as before. When she was a mayor she made a great facilites for Surabaya that made that city going better. She asked people to change their city clean from any rubbish. She also made inovation bus which we could buy the fare with botle rubbish or plastic rubbish.

In this modern era we could see a lot of women leader and it was a equality for women.

They could stand in the same place with man without forget about their identity. Even they could be a leader but they were still have ability to be a housewife. However it getting worse when women forget their ability because they felt that they have same place with man. As we could see some of career woman use babysitter to protect their chide while they wnt to work. However they were forget that mother act was important for their child.

Nowadays women have same place but some of them forgot their duty.

In the past we couldn’t see women be a leader, because when women have to work in home and take care of their child. They couldn’t go outside without their father or husband permission. They were like prisoner who always do order from man. Women couldn’t be themself in that time. Hence there were a lot of the gap for women. A lot of figure was born to speak up their gap. Almost all of them was a women who want to tell about their gap in the society. They wanted to tell the world that they wanted to life in same place. Some figure told their story about the gap but some of them told about the phenomenon around of them.

In this discussion the writer would told one of feminist writer in the paat. She was a ANNA LÆTITIA BARBAULD, the writer in her era. She was a daughter from John and Jane Aikin. She has a brother John Aikin. Her father was a pastor and headmaster in their school. They have a school that full of boy student. In her life she was always has interaction woth boy a lot than girl. She learn school material from her father. She could learn a lot of school material like the other child. Her mother was worry because she always get interaction with boy than girl. She was afarid that her child would get ridicule from other girl. She tried to make her daughter get interaction with another girl. When she tried to be writter her brother John gave her support to realize her work.

Her first work is six poetry that written in book with title Essays on Song Writing, 1771. At 1774 she was married with a man named Rochemont Berbauld. After their married in a year they didn’t have a child, so they got addopted from her brother. In their married they build a school. Hence, she always get interaction with child she write it in her work. She known as child story writter. Beside that she write about child education and some church education abut child. The next work she wrote about politic and social issue, especially she wrote about slavvery. In the next work she colaborated with her brother and make some work. In that time her life getting worse, her husband got mental illnes. Her ever try to killed Anna then to handle it she choose to separated. Then when her husband in rehabilitation, he run away and killed himseld in river.

One of her work was about feminist. It was her poem with title The Rights of Women. In that peom she told about that women could be a leader in this world. They could be like a man and didn’t life again under man. she told that women could show their power to man and made them as a leader. Her poem didn’t exist just in that time but it could be use for nowadays. The poem explained that women could stand in their own to be a leader.

The Right of Women is a poem that explain about women position. In this poem Anna explained that women could be a leader for this world. In every stanza Anna told about women power they have. Their power could make them be a leader. At the first of this poem showed that the writer gave women to raise and took their right. The weapons would be used in a woman’s bid for took control of the world would be fought using the things that society has given her. She would use her blushes and “soft melting tones” to defeat mankind. They shouldn’t stop until they get what they wanted before. She wouldn’t be able to make friends with mankind, they must be subservient to the needs of women. In the last stanza of this poem explaned that women couldn’t stop their struggle before they get their dream. Even people said that they have nature feeling as soft and kind, but they couldn’t gave up. They should show that they were not weak and they could be like a man.

In this poem there were eight stanza that explained about women struggle to show society that they could be a leader even they were a women. The writer showed women should take their spirit to shut the people word about them. The writer told us that women can realize their dream. This poem didn’t exist in that time, but it could be use in whole time to show women was not a weak. In this section the writer would discus about women struggle that showed feminist in this poem.

Yes, injured Woman! rise, assert thy right!

Woman! too long degraded, scorned, opprest;

O born to rule in partial Law's despite,

Resume thy native empire o'er the breast!

In the first stanza, the writer asked to all women to raise their voice. She said “Yes” to all women that ever getting hurt and injured. She asked all women to raise to showed their right. Women have right for their life, they should show it to the world. Women never speak their right and it made them get injured. In a long time women didn’t get same place like man then it made them get stepped on and lose their right. It showed in “too long degraded, scorned, opprest;”

In the next line she explained that women was born for a rule. They made the rule to the world. It suggested that women who born all of leader in this world. No one leader was born from a man, so women would be always the first before the leader came. Women couldn’t be stepped on just because they were weak. They were just their heart and feeling than a man. We could see in the last line in this stanza that it refered to “breast”. It was ambiguous because it explain about women heart or might be explain about “breast” that always refer to women.

Go forth arrayed in panoply divine;

That angel pureness which admits no stain;

Go, bid proud Man his boasted rule resign,

And kiss the golden sceptre of thy reign.

In the second stanza women should make a line to struggle their right. They have God help to fight their right. In this stanza there were “That angel pureness which admits no stain;” explained that women like an angle who have good heart and use their feeling. They were like angle because they were pure and brave even physically they didn’t stronger like man. Hence, they could faight man and make their rule was resign. Next line told these women to speak to man, to told him that his rule was now over. He must resign from his “boasted” position. His pride was a deep fault, and must be remedied. It was now time for him to “kiss the sceptre” of your “reign.” It was the time for man to take the rule of women.

Go, gird thyself with grace; collect thy store

Of bright artillery glancing from afar;

Soft melting tones thy thundering cannon's roar,

Blushes and fears thy magazine of war.

In this stanza explained that women should prepare tei amunition to take a control. They should tale their army clothes to fight. Women could show their gun to take a control. In the second line ogf this stanza there was word “artillery” that have meaning a weaponary that used by army to get a war. However in the next line was ambigous because the author said that women weapon was “soft melting tones”. It has meaning that women could take a control with their charm. Women were a soft, beauty and weak creature and that kind of character could be used to take control of man.

Thy rights are empire: urge no meaner claim, -

Felt, not defined, and if debated, lost;

Like sacred mysteries, which withheld from fame,

Shunning discussion, are revered the most.

The author continued in this stanza that women rights were to the entire “empire.” They should not stop their fighting until they have the whole world, didn’t stop, she said, with any “meaner claim.” Even they got worse obstacles they couldn’t stop their fighting in this way.

The power they have didn’t need to be “defined,” it is “felt,” making it all the more real. They didn’t explain it because when women was complex to “define” and it make sense to “felt”. In addition, if time was spent discussing this exchange of power, everything would be lost. The rule of women needed to be strong, and without question. They should prove that they were better than man. The resumption of their power would be like the coming of a “sacred mystery” that was more poignant because it was “withheld from fame” for long time. These stories were only whispered, and never discussed widely, were stronger when they were realized.

Try all that wit and art suggest to bend

Of thy imperial foe the stubborn knee;

Make treacherous Man thy subject, not thy friend;

Thou mayst command, but never canst be free.

Next stanza the author said that women should use their “wit” and “ art” to realize their control. In effort to regain the world, women should whatever they did to make their want come true. Women made man as their enemy not their friend “Man thy subject, not thy friend;”. They couldn’t make man as their friend because man made them in difference place. People commanded by human because they could take the control even women couldn’t really take all of the control for them “never canst be free.”

Awe the licentious, and restrain the rude;

Soften the sullen, clear the cloudy brow:

Be, more than princes' gifts, thy favours sued;—

She hazards all, who will the least allow.

The author made women understand they should take away from rude man. When women showed strength they must use different tactics with different types of people. 'Licentious' was mean immoral or illegal. The 'immoral' man must be placed in their place and made afraid of the women who now rule them. Someone has to 'restrain the rough' and 'soften the sullen.'. The new women ruler needed to know how to admired the immoral and understood who should be helped, and who should be shunned. The important point, she shouldn’t let people dominate her because of gifts or assistance given to her. It was very dangerous.

But hope not, courted idol of mankind,

On this proud eminence secure to stay;

Subduing and subdued, thou soon shalt find

Thy coldness soften, and thy pride give way.

In the second to last stanza of the poem, the author reminded us that just because someone has gained strength didn’t mean the poem would remain that way. So far, women have become 'courted idol of mankind', nothing more. Their new 'eminence' wouldn’t defend itself and over time, a person's strength may diminish. A woman might found that her 'coldness' was getting softer and “pride,' which brought her here, was diminishing. This was a sign that the rules were over. This was definitely something to avoid.

Then, then, abandon each ambitious thought,

Conquest or rule thy heart shall feebly move,

In Nature's school, by her soft maxims taught,

That separate rights are lost in mutual love.

In the final stanza the author finished her warning to the powerful women in the world. She wanted them to know that if they allowed their power to decline, their once all consuming thought of ambition would fail. Their “conquests” and their “rule” would be feeble.

In the last lines she made clear that although Nature might want peace between the sexes, this would never be the case as the rights of one party, were lost when joined with the other. Unions between men and women weaken a woman’s position, especially if she has struggled, and succeed at gaining power.

Women could be a leader to this world, no matter they were weak and soft. Women could be leader like the way they were. They have their own weapons to get their right as women. Even a lot of people didn’t believe that they could be a leader but they were always struggle for their right. This poem could use in everytime because this poem was struggle women in every single act.
